I don't even know where to begin. Parker was outstanding since we were introduced. Due to a snowstorm leaving ice and snow on the property, he helped clear the driveway so we would be able to view our future home. He did an outstanding job negotiating what we needed and was able to get us a brand new HVAC system, multiple repairs around the home after the inspection (even went into the crawl space to verify repairs), helped us get appliances for our home at an affordable rate and expedited closing on the home without any issues. I'm a first time home buyer using the Veterans Affairs Loan and he was excellent in helping with the application process as well as getting us a lender for the loan that worked out beautifully for affordable mortgage payments.
